A Minnesota Bicycle Tour Pilgrimage
Tour of Saints attracts cyclists from more than 200 cities and towns across Minnesota and from bordering states to St. Joseph.
The comments below suggest why they make this annual pilgrimage, now in its 27th year.

"The ride was great - the volunteers super - everyone is so helpful and kind - It is a 'Tour of Saints!'"

"It was our 1st Tour of Saints and we loved it!  The route was very nice and avoided traffic quite satisfactorily.  The hills weren't too bad and of course, the weather was perfect.  The food was good - especially the donuts and cookies.  Keep up the good work!"

"I don't really like going up a hill, but the reward is going down."  - Connor, age 9

"This was a great ride!  Everyone should be commended - we as riders lack for nothing - I can't wait for next year - maybe I will try the 50 miles!  Thanks!"

"This is my favorite tour - thank you for all the hard work and coordination!  It's great!  Keep up the tradition!  Small suggestion - mark miles to rest stops along the route - no big deal - but gives people an idea of where they are."

"Well organized.  Rest stops phenomenal!!  Keep on...thank you!!"

"What a great ride - everything was super organized and super rider-friendly!  Thanks for all your work."

"Generally the best organized event I've been in."

"Excellent food. Rest stops are about perfectly spaced."

"Great ride - like the fact you don't have to decide to do the 50 until the end."

"Great time!  So well organized.  Really appreciated the overnight at St. Ben's.  First time on this trip."

"I really appreciate all the fruit and juices out at the rest stops.  And the "rescue cars" were great!  Although I didn't quite need it, it was nice to know they were there."

"A great ride as always!  Friendly volunteers, super fruit and snacks.  Wonderful route.  I wish more riders would announce as they pass."

We loved the ride!  This is my 4th time on the Tour and I think it was a marvelous idea that you switched the starting point to St. Ben's.  The route was beautiful, fantastic!  The only downside to the ride was the food.  There wasn't much variety - it would have been nice to have more snack bars, crackers, etc.  We'll be back!  Thanks!

"I can't find anything to improve - this works so very well - helpful and friendly volunteers, great and ample food and drink, consistently high quality shirts, excellent facilities."

"The rest stops were perfect - the food choices (donuts at #1, fruit at #2, watermelon at #3) were the perfect choice!  The maintenance tent at #2 was a great service too.  Well done!"

"What a great ride!  The roads were all in good shape and the weather was perfect.  I saw many of the sag wagons cruising around - which is a good thing!  Only one improvement - we need bread for the journey!  How about some of that awesome St. John's bread next year?"

"Wonderful stops at a nice distance from each other.  Helpful staff, and course was well-marked."

"Thank you for yet another beautiful, well-organized, delightful event!  My hat goes off to all involved - yea to planning crew!  This was Tour #4 for me - I will be back for many more!  Thank you!"

"Thank you very much.  The volunteers were very friendly, helpful and organized.  This was my first bike tour of any sort, and I enjoyed it a lot!"

"Great route, great fun!  I have never met so many nice people.  I'll be back." - Greg Toutges, Moorhead

"It was just wonderful. Great training ride for TRAM.  Your ride was so well-organized. Will do it again next year."

"St. Ben's works well [for start] - large air-conditioned building and more space.  Route this year good - secondary roads with little traffic are especially nice.

"It was a great ride -- the volunteers along the way were fantastic!  We will come back next year.  Thanks!"

"Great ride -- lots of challenges along the way.  This was my first tour -- wow, what a workout.  Thank you!"

"Once again the tour was well-organized and a pleasure to ride.  Thanks to all the volunteers who make this ride so enjoyable."

"Excellent job -- very well organized. Well marked - very safe! Great job!"

"The people and the food at the stops were great!  Thank you, thank you, thank you!  See you next year!"

"This was the first time I did a long distance bike ride.  The day was wonderful, organization excellent.  Rest stops, snacks were good and added to enthusiasm to bike.  Thanks a lot for organizing this wonderful event."

"Good ride, good route, good rest stops.  Great being able to stay at dorm overnight.  Keep on doing the ride."

"My first ride ever.  What a great experience.  I'm glad I made this one my first.  Very organized.  Thanks."

"It was great. Can it get better?"

"This is a wonderful ride -- always return to Minnesota this time of year just for this ride.  Great organization - Thanks."

"My first Saints ride!  We drove 4-1/2 hours to get here and it was worth it.  Good roads, great rest stops, timed just right."

"This was the first time I've done the ride and it was fabulous."

"The hills were tough but very rewarding! Thanks for the truly heavenly ride!"

"Well organized!  You run it like a well-oiled machine.  Cold Spring Bakery is good."

"This is a very organized event and just a pleasure to ride in.  The only thing you might improve on is more sag wagons in the beginning.  Thanks."

"Loved the route again!  I've ridden this many, many times, and each time they're better.  Scenery, food, people, route -- all well done.  Saw sags several times, so people were aware it was well supported.  Thank you very much.  I'll help with setting up tour next year if you need -- but I must ride too!"
